Enquiries

The enquiry form collects your name, email address, chosen service and message. Business name and phone number are optional. Form submissions are processed by FormSubmit to deliver your enquiry to tandydigitalgrowth@outlook.com. FormSubmit may ask you to complete a spam-protection check. You can also email or call Nathan directly.

How your information is used

Your contact details and the information you provide are used to respond to your enquiry, discuss requested work and manage that conversation. Making an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Please do not send passwords, bank details or sensitive personal information.

Where information is kept

New form enquiries are delivered by FormSubmit to Nathan’s Outlook account, rather than saved in a website inbox. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days; see its privacy information. Email correspondence is handled through Microsoft’s email infrastructure. Correspondence and resulting client records are retained as needed to manage your enquiry, provide agreed services and meet applicable record-keeping obligations.

Any enquiries submitted through the former website form remain private and are subject to its 90-day retention period. They are not published on the website.

Your choices

You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal information by emailing Nathan. You may raise a data-protection concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
